Duncan Powell is the proud owner of Solar Run Bentleigh, a leading local solar installation company in Melbourne. Duncan lives with his partner of 25 years, Joanne and his 3 teenage daughters in Bentleigh East. Duncan is heavily involved in local sports within the Glen Eira, Kington and Bayside area. He has been with Solar Run for 3 years, and has established one of Melbourne’s fastest growing solar installation companies covering not just Bentleigh but the nearby suburbs of Bentleigh East, McKinnon, Ormond, Moorabbin, Brighton, Brighton East, Caulfield, Hampton, Murrumbeena and surrounding areas.

Before joining Solar Run, Duncan had a successful corporate career in telecommunications, media and advertising.

Duncan’s passion for energy efficiency is what led him to a career in the solar industry. He strongly believes that future homes and businesses will be all electric, powered by renewable energy and his goal is to help his customers on that journey.

When he is not working, Duncan enjoys supporting his local kids sporting teams (Basketball and Netball). Living close to Melbourne’s Bayside, he loves getting down to the beach with his family for long walks and swimming. Duncan’s dedication to customer service and his in depth knowledge of solar and renewable energy makes him an invaluable member of the SolarRun team.
