Almost 1 year after initial installation but system is still unusable, when on-grid, it keeps splitting message log Status: Fault/Grid fault/none while actual status grid isn't in any fault state at all. Still waiting for solution.

I was getting no where with a problem I had with wifi issues my original installation company were no help so I rang SMA in Sydney.. Got all sorted quickly and really helpful.. No problems now at all loving my system.. SMA IS GREAT..
SMA tech support unable or unwilling to fix a problem with this Inverter! The system is coming up to 12 months old but they are unable to explain what the correct configuration settings are and have suggested the battery manufacturers should tell me! Don’t buy an SMA Inverter if you can avoid it.
