Bought a new system with LG Resu 10. It completely failed after only 13 months and took over 6 months of whinging and moaning to get a replacement. Lost electric storage was compensated for but at only half the rate I was being charged with energy inflation crisis. Terrible after market service.

LG Batteries are good while they work! It’s been six months now since their batteries stopped working . There may be a warranty but try getting them to do anything …..impossible.
