This is my first experience with Solar installation. The team at solar run sunshine were very professional, took time to explain and answer any questions I had and were very helpful. Most of the companies in Australia, they ask for money first and service after, but the solar run sunshine is different they more worried about service which makes them different from another solar companies. Most of the companies after they sell something to you, it is very hard to get in touch with them again. But, the team at Solar run sunshine have been very helpful and fantastic in the way they go about with their post installation service. You guys have made every thing possible.Keep the good work up team, and I wish to see more companies like Solar run sunshine in Australia. Thanks for every thing team.

Venkatesh was very responsive & always available to answer any queries on the phone. The quote provided was very competitive. Gave me different configurations & explained the reason of going with what I have installed along with supplying the best solar panels & inverter. He personally visited my house prior to installation, so that there are no surprises on the day of install.The installation was done in a very timely manner. The installation team was very knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. They cleared away all the boxes & packaging stuff which was a plus. The installer guided me to set up the inverter app in my phone and gave me a walk through of the equipment installed. Very good experience with Solar Run Sunshine & Team. Highly recommended. Venkat at Solar Run has been a pleasure to deal with. After 3 other (expensive) quotes we spoke to Venkat. Although our property is heritage listed and a difficult to access 2-storey terrace, he was able to give us a comprehensive individual plan that was affordable. After speaking with Jessie the electrician, we felt happy with our decisipn to go ahead. Now, six weeks after completion, we couldn't be happier. Our 10kw system with battery is operating efficiently and saving us money already.Venkat has been easy to deal with and always accessible - even after the installation was completed.
