Gave wrong information about rebates. I have lost 1400$ govt rebate due to Jagdeep. Unprofessional when questioned about his mistake. Would not take responsibility . Broke a tile which was not replaced it was apparently moved down near the gutter . This is a quick money making business. No real client care. Stay away

Solar Run Berwick has been very proactive and responsive since my initial call. Jag did visit my home on several occasions: before, during, and after the installation, which was reassuring for me. They didn't push me to go with any particular brand or capacity for the solar battery. I chose the Sigenergy battery, and the team installed it very professionally. The tradespeople were very courteous and easy to interact with.All safety standards were met, and a Certificate of Electrical Safety was issued, including bollards and Fibre Cement backing for the wall.The installation also included Solar panels and a Gateway. Solar Run removed my old solar collectors, meant for the solar-boosted water heater, to install the maximum number of panels and thereby get the maximum benefit from the investment.

I have been to trying to get help for nearly 2 months regarding my solar battery but no one is responding. It was just installed end of 2025 and there seems to be issues. The service was okay before installation but once installation was done, after sales service is close to non-existent.

Very impressed with Jag and the Solar Run team! With the May 1st rebate changes coming fast & GoodWe stock being very limited, Jag managed to secure my 24.9kw battery + 5kw inverter & get it all installed in a very tight turn around time, while also ensuring I had a quality and optimal sized system. Jag is a total professional. I asked a lot of technical questions, but he was always patient, clear and informative in answering them. On the install day, Abbas and rest of the install team were also brilliant; they were efficient, neat, and did a high-quality job (see image). If you need a team that is able to deliver under pressure, without compromising on quality, I have no hesitation in recommending Jag and his Solar Run Berwick team! Well done and thank you Jag and Abbas!

I recently had a solar and battery system installed and overall had a great experience. Jag was knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to and the process went smoothly. He explained everything clearly without being pushy, which made the whole process feel comfortable.There was a small issue with the installer's installation schedule, but Jag was proactive in addressing it and kept things on track, which I really appreciated. Communication throughout was clear and responsive.The installation itself went well, and most importantly, my system has been working perfectly so far. I’d happily recommend them to anyone considering solar and battery installation.

Had solar panels for years, and got the battery done late 2025 by Jag in solar run Berwick, he was very professional and informative, very happy with his service, hence had the heat pump done in Jan this year again by him, now I am paying $15 a month for electricity, have not got my first gas bill yet, I guess won't be much though,very happy 😊!

Solar Run has been excellent in all respects. From outstanding support and sales information provided by Jagdeep - to efficient installation of solar panels, despite difficult weather conditions, from friendly and helpful technicians - the entire process was extremely efficient and exceeded our expectations. So when we came to consider a battery and heat pump we were completely confident in turning to Jag and his team. Once again we were thrilled with the result. Jag identified our needs, advised an efficient battery well within our price range, sorted all paperwork for us in order to maximise government grants and provided a truly excellent, hard working and expert electrician for the installation process. When the time came for the battery system to be checked for compliance, our inspector remarked that of the 4 systems he had inspected that morning ( the other 3 installed by different companies) ours was the only one that had passed inspection! Finally our heat pump, installed by, yet again, an expert plumber, has been performing flawlessly. We have been really impressed by all Solar Run technicians - not just their competence but their people skills; all totally willing to answer questions and assist us with understanding the system and connectivity requirements. We have no hesitation in recommending Jagdeep and Solar Run for the installation of anything related to solar systems. We do so to all our friends, including our own son - who has installed an even bigger system than ours ( and who is equally satisfied with it! ) Thanks Jag - brilliant job all round!!!!
