Been thinking about solar for the past few years but always struggled with finding anyone who could simply explain how it all works, what the benefits are and how to get the most out of it. Internet enquiries most of the time ended up in getting bombarded by numerous phone calls by someone who could barely speak English, let alone explain anything. Tried giving door knocking sales people a chance too but they weren't much better, yes better communication but clearly had not much knowledge about what they were trying to sell as most struggled to answer even the most basic questions. Simply failed to explain anything, seemed very overpriced and also very pushy to lock you into a contract right there and then.I happened to meet Jag at a public event and after a small chat he told me he's got a company that does solar panels, asked him if he cared to explain how it all works as I'm interested in maybe getting them installed and he went over and beyond explaining everything to the smallest detail. He was able to explain it in very simple terms as well so anyone (regardless of solar/electrical knowledge) could understand, and simply made me feel very comfortable as it was just a normal conversation without him bein pushy or seem desperate for a sale in any way. We ended up exchanging phone numbers and I probably called him another 2-3 times asking more questions before I decided to pull the triger and once again he was lovely and took time to answer / explain everything. I got him to quote the job for me and I thought he was very reasonably priced. From there on it was smooth sailing as he once again helped throughout the whole process, had very professional team turn up to do the installation and before I knew it it was all done. Inspector came checked all their work and passed it all without a single issue.Very happy customer here and couldn't recommend Jag and his team highly enough!!!

New switchboard and 6.6Kw system + Alpha Ess 13.3Kw battery installed with much care, professionalism, and topping all with advice, explanation, patience and pleasantness. The latter a big plus to this rating.Victorian safety installation restrictions were a bit of a headache regarding location clearances to windows and/or doors- so many photos on the web appearing contra to Vic requirements were from other states that do not require the same location tolerances.Any old bugs highlighted by the new switchboard's acute safety fault detection, including as it happened a faulty light globe were dealt with and resolved by Rob and his team who I can't speak more highly of.Importantly, in choosing Solar Run was the personal consultation by Jag, the sales manager, to discuss our needs and equipment location etc, which with a good competitive price, a professional team of tradespeople all made up to an efficient and well run company.Although it will be some time before we can see performance results, we have no hesitation in recommending Solar Run Berwick to anybody contemplating going 'Solar'.
